Accessibility
What this site does for accessibility, honestly stated.
Our target
This site aims to conform to EN 301 549 (WCAG 2.1 level AA). It has been tested with automated checks and manual keyboard review during development; it has not yet undergone a formal external audit, so no conformance claim is made here.
What you can control
- Pause and resume the walk — and, before you allow the player to load, the animated placeholder — from the control dock.
- Change the playback speed of the walk.
- Mute and unmute (the walk always starts muted).
- Use every control from the keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- If your system asks for reduced motion, the placeholder animation is frozen and interface transitions are removed.
Known limitations
The walks are third-party videos embedded from YouTube. Their captions, audio description and visual quality belong to their authors and are not under our control. The site itself adds no caption layer.
Complaints about a video
For any complaint about the content of a video, contact the original author’s YouTube channel: each walk’s author link is in the city info panel, next to the walk’s credits.
Feedback about this site
If you find an accessibility barrier in the site itself — the controls, the pages, the banner — write to privacidad@guruwalk.com. Your report helps us fix it.
