This page explains what happens with your data when you use Video City Walk.
Who is responsible

What this site does
Video City Walk plays city-walk videos hosted on YouTube, full screen, with a small control dock. It sells nothing, shows no advertising and builds no profile from your browsing.
Purposes, data and legal bases
- Running the site (necessary): two first-party cookies — your consent answer and your language choice. No identifier, no tracking. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating the service you asked for.
- Playing the walks (consent): the videos are embedded from YouTube. Until you accept, this site makes no connection to YouTube or Google and shows a self-hosted animation instead. When the player loads — after you accept the banner, or after you press the per-page "Load the walk (connects to YouTube)" control — YouTube (Google) receives your IP address and device data and may write cookies and local storage of its own. The player is operated through the YouTube IFrame Player API. For the phase in which your data is collected and transmitted to YouTube, this site and Google act as joint controllers; Google alone decides what happens afterwards, as described in the Google privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
- Measuring use (consent): Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager only after you accept. Data is retained for 14 months, Google Signals is off, and all advertising signals are permanently denied. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Recipients
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — YouTube embed and Google Analytics, as described above.
- Vercel Inc. — hosting processor: serves the pages and processes standard request logs (IP address, user agent) on our behalf.
International transfers
Google LLC and Vercel Inc. are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is the legal basis for transfers to the United States that these services entail.
Retention
The consent cookie and the language cookie last one year. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. YouTube storage follows the periods stated in the cookie policy.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie policy page, where a single control clears your answer and asks again. You also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection: write to privacidad@guruwalk.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
