Venice walk idle, muted.
Venice is the one European city where a walking video is not a compromise, because walking is how the city actually works. There are no cars, so the sound is footsteps, water, trolley wheels on stone and other people’s conversations at close range. The lanes are narrow enough that the camera brushes past walls, then open into a campo and let the light back in, then close again. Getting lost is not a failure here; it is the standard condition, and it reads clearly at pavement level.
