Berlin walk idle, muted.
Berlin is spread out in a way that punishes the highlight reel. The distances between the things people come for are long, and what fills them is the actual city: wide streets, gaps where buildings used to be, courtyards, six lanes of tram and bicycle. Walking it is slow and the scenery changes less often than in a dense old town, which is exactly why it works as a window. The city reveals itself by accumulation rather than by arrival.
